I booked an a double room, it was luxurious and had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a dining area. The breakfast with toast, Western foods and international options was amazing and delicious, you’ll find what you need. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was particularly good there, to shopping mall of Chun Xi Road.

It was all superb.

I have to mention the large and awesome breakfast with Western foods provided and also Eastern tastes. It is in good and magnificent location to Wangjianglou Park, set near the hotel👌

The rooms with a lovely view and silky smooth bedding and comfortable beds. Absolutely charming area, central location adjacent to a very good upscale restaurant and the Cafe, Biz Center, Mooney's Irish Pub, and the Horizon Lounge.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Location: the hotel was next to the bridge and river, bars and restaurants and great food and drinking neighborhoods. I visited Mooney's Bar&restaurant right by the venue for a few drinks.

The hotel had best possible and quiet location very close to Shangri-La, Chengdu for three times now, many bars along the river and a very good upscale restaurant in front called the bridge and river and the bridge. At the restaurant, the breakfast was extensive and delicious with toast and coffee.

Ordered breakfast, it was not great, it should be way much better, really.

Location: the hotel was close to a shopping mall for essentials, attractions in the vicinity of Chengdu such as Leshan, Mount Emei, Mount Qingcheng, Dujiangyan, and Chengdu for the first time. I visited Mooney's Bar&restaurant right by the venue for a few drinks...

It was in a convenient location next to restaurants and bars. Had tea and goodies at Enjoy Laundry Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel. Finally, the venue's restaurant was good which serves substantial meals.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially with the upgrade to the Horizon Club level. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like fresh fruit and bottled water. The staff treated us like family, with Sunny, Yvonne, and Carol going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved by training the staff in the Horizon Lounge to take orders one at a time and wait until each item arrives before ordering the next. Otherwise, it can be a bit disorganized and slow.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La for a marathon in Dujiangyan. The hotel provided airport pickup, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and a great location with good restaurants nearby. The Horizon Club upgrade was worth it, with a better room, daily treats, and solid Wi-Fi. The breakfast noodle bar and buffet were amazing. The river view from the room was stunning and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also helped arrange trips to Leshan and the Panda Research center. Absolutely a perfect trip!

During our stay at the Shangri-La in Chengdu, we had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were particularly impressed when we arrived at the hotel and Helen Wang greeted us with a warm welcome and personally checked us into our room. The personalized service made us feel valued and taken care of. The hotel itself was of the highest standard, with luxurious rooms and a great view. The location was also perfect, with bars and restaurants nearby and shops within walking distance. We always look forward to returning to this hotel whenever we are in Chengdu. we highly recommend this outstanding hotel.
